Designed to allow you to reach your potential, my most popular package is tailored for those that are ready to work hard and overhaul a lifetime of bad habits. We will work from the ground up to understand negative behaviour patterns and how those impact your relationship with exercise and nutrition.

  • 2 x 121 Personal Training Sessions per week held at ONE LDN, Imperial Wharf or a conveniently located park space

121 Running Technique Training

My running package is perfect if you’ve got a race around the corner, want to tune up your technique, or simply want to use running as a tool to improve your endurance, weight loss and behaviour.

  • 2 x 121 Running Coaching Sessions to be held outdoors, in a location convenient to you.

  • 30 min running technique analysis

  • 4 week strength & mobility programme based on your technical strengths & weaknesses

  • 8 week running programme tailored to your goals

  • Nutritional guidance incl. race day nutrition

  • Educational resources sent on a weekly basis

Online Personal Training

If you’re not geographically close to South London but are still keen to make big improvements in your lifestyle, get in touch to learn more about my online package. I train clients from Surrey to Singapore!

  • 4 x 60 min monthly online check-in session. Comprised of 30 mins discussion of weekly performance followed by 30 mins technique-focused workout.
