A Little About My Story

Triathlete Champion to Personal Trainer

I ventured into the corporate world after graduating from King’s College, London in 2015. Four years passed swiftly by, and I began to realise I was forging a career in a world that I simply fell into. Throughout this time I followed my passion for fitness by competing in triathlons across the UK, but always felt that I was not achieving my potential by staying in a 9-5 office job.

At the age of 26 I decided to jump into the deep end of Personal Training, and left the corporate ladder without looking back. I now specialise in 121 Personal Training, with a focus on sustainable, long-term methodologies to encourage increased confidence and healthier lifestyles!

My approach is all about balance. I will NEVER tell you to blacklist any food groups, cut out alcohol, or exercise in penance of bad nutritional choices. Personally, I enjoy Sauvignon Blanc, Gu Puddings, and the odd Dominoes far too much to not have them in my life!

Instead I love to focus on a more positive approach. To my clients, I am part cheerleader, S&C trainer, confidant, educator, whip cracker, running coach, and so, so much more. No one day is the same, and no client is the same. It is my job to truly understand YOU. What makes you tick? What grinds your gears? What methodologies are going to work best for you to achieve your goals?

I celebrate the ‘Personal’ in Personal Training. My job as a coach is to understand how I can tailor your exercise and nutritional requirements for you to achieve success.
